A painting of a man and a woman in a garden with lush green foliage. The man is holding a gardening tool, and the woman is standing nearby. A large butterfly sticker is overlaid on the image. There's a torn paper quote that reads: 'In the garden one is moving with rather than against the inhalations and the exhalations of greater wild Nature.' - Pinkola- Estes. The words 'Future Becomings.....' are written in red and curved in the lower right corner. The Instagram handle '@theinnercanvascollective' is at the bottom.

2. Aspirational Ethics: Aspiring beyond minimal procedures and codes to enact change

3. Supervisory Alliance: Emphasis on the alliance and fostering a creative, & open supervisory space

4. Growth & Refinement: The notion that professional growth is ongoing and happens when we seek transformation and evolution throughout our careers.
